Sign up
When you create an account through the site using username and password authentication, we will collect your email address and password. You do not need to give us your first name or last name to sign up, but you can choose to provide them after you have signed up. We also collect your IP address for the purposes of security and preventing misuse.
Sign up for creator / Manage your store
If you sign up to be a creator, we will collect additional information to personalise your store, including, but not limited to, your country, website URL and contact information.
You can additionally upload a profile and banner image when you manage your store. We will store and process uploaded images so that we can display them on your store.
Logging and security
Wherever you use Pixelliott, whether or not you have an account or are signed in, we often collect your IP address and user agent. Your user agent is the information your browser or device sends us about itself, such as the browser and operating system you are using.
We use this information to keep Pixelliott safe, to keep logs of how the website is being used, and to prevent abuse such as spam and hacking.
Children under the age of 13
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age and you must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this website. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information from children under 13. Communication
When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we will store the details of your communication so that we may track and resolve it.
When you provide us with your email address, we will not send you any unwanted emails. We provide an option to unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at the bottom of those emails in case you no longer want to receive them.
We may contact you via push notifications where you have subscribed to a specific topic. The topic of "General" indicates a subscription may be used for any purpose.
